The interview was setup through Hays. It was online. After the interview the feedback was shared quickly. Initially I had brief interview with Hays which was then shared with Magna team and after couple of days, the interview along witz Magna took place.

Question 1
It was straight forward interview. The interview was online with team members, Manager and Department Manager. I explained my work experiences. As Magna was into development of drive train, transmission systems, basic questions was towards that. Eg. hybrid systems, diff between DCT and Single clutch.

Quick HR call for screening purposes. Did not progress past this because they required someone local for in-person work. They were not doing virtual work at this office. I did not progress to further interviews - this ended the conversation
