Interview
Two men: one from HR the other a manager from the floor, sitting in a boardroom asking questions. I'd applied to an external job fair and had been pre-screened by another HR guy.
I went in looking for experience in the interview, so wasn't particularly worried about the outcome.

Question 1
I was asked how much I can lift, how much time off I'd taken at the last job, was I able to commit to full time hours.
But the kicker was that I was asked if I am bossy. ( I strongly doubt the men are asked this.)

Interview
This was a delightful interview . With a HR representative as well as supervising engineer. The interview was 45 mins in total with less than 25% of discussion on technical content. Fortunately i was contacted back within the day of interviewing.
