The interview process felt very informal and somewhat disorganized. There was limited structure to the conversation, and the recruiter did not provide much detail about the role or expectations. When I asked follow-up questions to better understand the position, the responses felt dismissive, which made it difficult to assess whether the role was a good fit.

Virtual interview, met with a higher up who was very kind and encouraging. We eased into the questions and she made me feel very comfortable. For one of my first interviews, she said I did very well.
