Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds of interviews. The first was a screening interview which is mainly a personality assessment more than anything else. The second round was an on-site at their Seattle location. This interview was broken down into two parts: 1) An additional personality interview with a District Manager 2)A business review case with the Directory of Recruitment

Interview
It was a one-on-one interview at my campus, which lead to a second interview (final interview) offer. The second interview was a 2-day process in their regional headquarters after-which they give you an offer and 2 weeks to accept/decline.
