Went through on campus recruiting, there was preview night and then the interview was the day after. There were two interviews, both were behavioral in nature (be prepared to talk A LOT about yourself) In total it took about an hour or so, both interviewers were really cool people.
Interviewed over video. Interviewer was extremely late and very unprepared. Even though she had set up the interview, she was asking me about a completely different job. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I removed myself from further consideration.

Three separate interviews, all very generalized questions but no real details on day to day expectations. Seemed very desperate to build a team fast with not a lot of room to negotiate salary
HR seemed bothered by the fact they set up a call with me and had zero interest being on the call. At that point, I had zero interest anymore for going further.
