I applied through university. I interviewed at Macy's (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Went to an on campus information session then applied. Was contacted for a first round interview on campus, was contacted a week later to take online assessments. Its been over two months and I have not heard anything from them while I do know people who were flown to NYC for the final round and were given offers.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
