I have reached out to hiring manager through LinkedIn & had my initial discussion where I explained my skills and work experience. Later I spoke with a recruiter and was invited for an onsite interview. Onsite round was for 3 hours, where I interviewed with Financial Analytics Manager, Product Manager, Manager of Analytics, Director of Analytics and Experimentation Analytics Manager. There was also a case challenge for 30 minutes which was surprisingly easy

Average length, multi-stage but not exhausting. Quality of interview depended entirely on person interviewing, some interviewers seemed more interested in waiting down the clock then asking relevant questions. Final stages were more serious. Process took several weeks.
