I applied on campus for the internship. I also went to speak with the recruiters at career fairs and dropped off my resume to show that I went. The interview process really starts out with the "Interview Prep Session" the day before the interview. You get a higher chance of getting the position just by showing up to the session--there are many who don't. They also give you hints at how to prepare for your interviews. It is composed of 2 parts: 1) Behavior and 2) Case Interview. The 25 minute behavioral one is simply knowing what you wrote on your resume really well, and be able to apply your accomplishments and skills to the company. E.g., I did x at y, so because of this experience, I can do this for your company... My interviewer was really excited I studied abroad before, so she actually spent 10 minutes of the interview speaking about her experiences. :) The case interview is not like a consulting one. You're given a score charts of 4 sales associates in your department. They have different strengths, weaknesses and sales scores. You have to pick one you want to coach and improve. You are given a scratch piece of paper with the score chart, and have 20 minutes to prepare then 15 to present your case.

Two 30 minute interviews with two different managers back to back. Learn how to sell yourself and what makes you unique and you’ll do great. Both were very helpful with answering questions.
