After applying online, I went through a phone internview. That allowed me to proceed to an in person interview. I met with three different people. One asked me about my personal experiences, the second asked about different scenarios at work, and the last asked why i wanted to work for Macys.

Interview
There were two 30 minute interviews back to back. One was behavioral and the other was just kinda getting to know you. The interviewers were very nice.. I thought I did worse than I actually did but it worked out in the long run because I got the job.
