Interview
The interview process was pretty quick. I filled out an application online and a few days later I got an email with a link to schedule an interview. Once I got that set up I just needed to show up. I went to the interview and got asked typical questions and then later that day I was offered the job and set up when to come in for my first training.

Interview
It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
