Interview
I applied through my college recruiter. First round of interviews was mostly behavioral questions. Then for the second part they give you a sheet and you need to coach on how you would coach each of the associates.
The second part is a two day process with 4 interviews.

Describe a time when you faced a challenge?
Describe a time you had a conflict how did you resolve it?
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
