Interview
Interview was conducted in-person and included another offshore team member over Skype. Met with manager and discussed company/project, then spent most of the time covering established background information from CV/portfolio (which didn't appear to even have been read beforehand).

Interview
Two onsite interviews. One final Skype interview with Melbourne office. The process was to meet the team and manager I would be working for and discuss my history and capabilities. My interest in working for the company and what I could bring to the role.
