More chill than I expected. The office demographic is young and so it is easier to relate to the interviewers. They assess you based on previous experiences and your capability to work under pressure and in teams

First round question include macroeconomic questions like the eurocrisis, Chinese tax system and FX expectations.
Second round questions include: calculation of bond price, duration and convexity, bs formula, some basic questions on the pricing of future and about VaR and its limitation. Also a few brain teasers are asked. I remember one being counting traffic lights in my home town.

The questions focused on both technical concepts and problem-solving skills, with some behavioral questions to assess fit. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment.
