MATCHES Manager interview questions

I applied directly and had three stages of interviews, an initial phone screening then two interviews. The second interview I had to prepare a presentation for. The interviews were quite informal and more talking through experience than specific questions. I couldn't tell if this was them being unorganised or more their style of interviewing. The people who interviewed me were very friendly and positive. My negative point was they never got back to me telling me either way which I found rude and unprofessional. I did email HR and got no response. I think when people go to the trouble of preparing and producing a presentation, and also taking time off their working day to attend, it would be courteous to let someone know. This tarnished my experience with matchesfashion.com
