There were supposed to be two interviews. The first one was with HR officer and a team leader from customer service . The second one supposed to be with a manager of customer service .

Interview
The process took 10 weeks. I attended the first interview at The Shard, which was meant to be the only interview. However the interviewer was sick and I was seen by a lovely lady who was just covering for the person who was meant to interview me and I had to wait 15 before being seen, it like they weren’t aware that I was coming.
I was invited for a 2nd interview, still I was seen 10 minute late. Since attended the 2nd interview it now 4 weeks and I haven’t received any feedback or any acknowledgement of being successful or unsuccessful.
This is so unprofessional and it shows lack of knowledge in hiring process. Before going for the interview I read reviews about the company which, was bad but I had to give them the benefits of the doubt. But now I really regret ever applying to this company or even attending the interview, it was a complete waist of my time, also at the 2nd interview the managers didn’t even have my CV with them they had pads but not a singer note was taken.
I’am really disappointed, because they think not getting back to candidates is a good practice. Not knowing that these candidates could be potential consumers. That also one of the reason the company is still at start up even though they have been in business for several years, they are not growing fast like their competitor.
I contacted the HR for feed back no reply.
It probably a lucky escape for me because most of their employees aren’t happy.
