Applied online and got a call from a recruiter in 3 weeks. Phone interview lasted about 25 min and was pretty simple. After that I got scheduled for 4 video interview with ops managers that lasted about 30 min each. Interviews were behavioral based. Every interview also had a scenario based question. During the interview process you will also interview with Head of Launch for bikes & scooters as well which will be pretty simple and will last 15 min. Overall I felt like there was really no pressure and they were just trying to get to know me. Everyone I spoke to where really friendly and easy going. Lyft is in a start up phase for bikes and scooters so they are hiring very fast and looking for a lot of experienced people from different companies to join them. If you have prior experience in managing people in warehouse environment then they want you to apply!
