The interview process was very speedy and friendly. I felt very comfortable and open to be myself. The process began with a 15 minute intro call, an on-site interview was then scheduled which consisted of a meet and greet and getting to know about Lyft. We were then given a writing assignment to test vocabulary and grammar skills. After the initial on-site interview, a follow-up interview was scheduled where I was given a scenario to test how well I was able to relate with a troubled customer and driver.
