The interview was over the phone with a Consumer Executive. The interviewer started with Lyft in the same position I was interviewing for. The call cut out several times and it was difficult to hear because he was in an area with little coverage almost like a tunnel. Not a great place for a phone interview. The questions asked were basic and not job related for the position I was interviewing for. The end of the interview and conversation became awkward because he didn't know how to continue and seemed unsure of himself. He lacked interview skills and techniques which a person must have in his position. Overall the interview was boring and basic at best and didn't leave me with a desire to work for the company.
