I loved the interview process. Danielle was very friendly during our phone interview. I came in for an on-site interview. We learned Lyft's core values in a presentation, then we had a group activity where we learned about someone else and presented it to the group. The third interview I did by phone. I did two different scenarios, one with a customer and one with a driver. That was followed up by two interviews with team leads, one from Critical Response and one from Customer Experience.
