I found the job listing on Craigslist and was contacted within 12-24 hours for a phone interview. I had one with a recruiter and then a day later was called by a manager. After that I was handed off to someone else, presumably higher up, and was then offered a job. The entire process took 2-3 days.

Great interview process! Different from what I’ve done before but very personable and a good eye opener to what the company is. The interview process is very simple but provides a lot of information.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward.
1. Video overview of the company
2. Interview with two team members who asked general questions and talked about what the position entails.
2. Met with two more people and did a "mock" telephone call. I had to respond to an angry driver. (Quite interesting)
3. Met with a manager about my skills and other general follow-up questions.
The entire process went fairly quickly. Even though they bring in groups of candidates at one time, it was fairly personal.
