I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The process started with a phone interview with one of their awesome recruiters. I was then emailed shortly after to see if I was able to come in the next day for an on-site interview. I came in to the HQ and interviewed with two team members and the team lead. After that I was emailed and asked to complete a writing test which then led to another conversation with a Lyft recruiter. Overall the interview process was quick as everyone seemed pretty down to earth and easy to talk to.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
