The entire process consisted of 5 stages: a recruiter, the hiring manager, a test assignment, the CEO, and finally the country manager from the global office. What was particularly nice was that all the interactions were very pleasant, and the managers were immediately very approachable and welcoming. I was especially nervous about the interview with the country manager from the global office, as I wasn't entirely confident in my high-level English. However, in the end, I got the job and ended up working at the company for three fantastic years.
