I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software in Sep 2018
Interview
The first interview with a PM was a case study. It seemed reasonably challenging and I made it to the next level. The recruiter informed me that I'd be interviewing the entire team for the next round. In the middle of my interview with the design team, I was informed that there are scheduling conflicts with the next set of interviews. I emailed the recruiter immediately to ask her for a suitable time but she didn't respond to my mail. The next day, I get a standard automatic email that I have been rejected. It seemed unprofessional to waste my time. A PM candidate cannot be judged on incomplete interviews. I'd expect to either get rejected after first round or complete my interviews with the entire team in the next round. This left a bad taste and I wouldn't consider applying again.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was nice, they were nice. Phone interview with case assessment followed by Video interview 2 hours long. They asked different questions about myself and different questions regarding how I would solve situations.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Sandy, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was fast and efficient. I interviewed with about 8 people in total. Everyone was kind and smart. I really enjoyed it. Their offer decision was quick so I was able to plan with my other opportunities.
