Interview with the sales manager and human resource manager. Asked questions pertaining to kitchen design and how comfortable you are working in a strong customer service environment. Ask you to rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 in regard to your knowledge of products that Lowe's offers outside of Kitchen design.

How would you rate your knowledge of Kitchen Design on a scale from 1 to 10
met with a assistant store manager, fast, quick same day hiring, drug testing on site, started within a week, train on a online course for a week then on the floor mentor training.
Panel interview with three management persons. very overwhelming. You have to please three different personalities. However its the last step of the interview process. This was years ago so things could be different now.

Took less than 2 weeks. Nothing special. Had a background check and drug test. Met with HR and management. I have nothing left to say. There are no more words to describe the interview process
