I applied online. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Oct 2020
Interview
Unique interview process. First a screening with HR, then video interview, then Zoom panel interview with multiple candidates. I have never done before a panel interview so it was new to me, and I'm not going to lie- I found it incredibly difficult. Although it is not a "contest", you do hear the other candidate's answers and I couldn't help but slightly compare myself to them. HR was incredibly kind and accommodating during the whole process, and when I received an offer I was beyond ecstatic - I am so excited to join the LV team! I also appreciated how quick the process took of interviewing- I had all three interviews over the course of two weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
This position will include working mornings, evenings, and weekends. Are you willing to do that?
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
