London Capital Group interview questions

I applied online via efinancialcareers.com and a few days later on had a call from HR asking if I could come for an interview the following week. The hiring manager was pleasant. We had a fairly high level discussion about my background and motivations. He then brought in one of the team who gave me a tougher time than the hiring manager.

First interview went well. Invited back for a second. Still not clear about the role interview was about 15 mins in total. Didn't discuss much. Although he mentioned the high staff turnover rate based on sales performance.
