Interview
Interview process was fine. I had a screening call with the hiring manager and another interview with the hiring manager and two other people this person in this role would be working with. Very nice people. I was told they were interviewing more people the following week and I should hear back shortly. I followed up with the hiring manager two weeks after my interview and didn't hear back. It has now been over a month with no word back. As of today, I am still under the "Interview" status in the candidate portal. Yesterday, the paragraph under the interview status page, told me to email the LMCO staffing status email if it's been over three weeks with no word back and I did. Today, that email has been removed from the page. I'm just going to assume now that I didn't get the role, I just wish I could have heard back from someone. I still like the company and would be interested in applying for another role in the future.

Entire process took one month (not including background check) which is the shortest interview process I've had for most of my career. HR was extremely responsive and communicative. Heard back from HR a couple days after applying

Didn't really ask standard STAR questions. Very conversational.
It was a behavioral based questions asking for examples. I took part in a panel interview with three people, including the Human Resources representative. The interview lasted approximately one hour.
