I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
One day interview process, multiple interviews with managers and non formal discussions with current engineers. Most questions consisted of "describe a time when you were faced with X problem and how did you overcome it?" as well as discussion of resume, background, previous jobs etc.

Most questions consisted of "describe a time when you were faced with X problem and how did you overcome it?" as well as discussion of resume, background, previous jobs etc.
Panel interview with hiring manager and several engineers on the team. Started with the program mission and how the role will fill the current gap. Questions related to technical skills on resume and what-would-you-do type scenarios. Overall, good experience.
Interview is straightforward and easygoing, they ask situational/behavioral questions that you should respond with in the STAR format. They also look over your resume and ask you about stuff on that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO)
Interview
Mostly behavioral questions using star method, and some technical. Interviewed my the hiring manager his manager if I remember. But overall they were really nice and helped clarify the direction they wanted their questions to be answered
