Applied to one of the regional hiring fairs and was contacted for a Flight Test Engineering position after two to three weeks. I ended up getting placed into an entry-level position for that.

Interview questions mainly revolved around STAR/behavioral questions.
No follow up or feedback on why my experience and interview did not qualify . All I got was an automated response . Very unprofessional for a company that seeks qualified applicants

Very interested in the answers following the STAR method. Normal start, tell us about yourself. Next something you completed on time and on budget. Something that you failed on, why, and did you recover. Normal questions on data collection and analysis. Anything to add?
