STAR process. It is NOT easy. They ask you to describe a situation to meet a criteria. You might not have a situation that meets what they ask which makes it VERY difficult. Then what did you do and what was the result.

Interview
It was typical STAR format. Easy. In my situation the hiring manager pretty much outlined what would be asked on the panel so it was a very easy process and a very easy interview.

Interview
I was contacted by LM recruiting about a week after applying and met with hiring manager a few days after that. The next week we had a followup interview with another person on the team.
