Very detailed. I spoke with people who actually worked in the field. I spoke with management and technical specialists who were interested in me. They made me feel comfortable in the hiring process and even showed me the working environment. I met briefly with the government client and got a feel for the culture and that helped me with my decision to join this team.

Panel interview, couple of technical questions and general working questions. They were 4 attendees, very straight forward process, only one interview and thats it. Told me that in a week or so i would hear an offer.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Questions where technical and not Googled Behavioral questions like most interviews. Very punctual in their scheduling for the interview. Usually they are carried out over the phone.
