Online CV followed by in person interview on site. It was a 3 people interview. Mostly technical questions. They followed up with a offer after couple of weeks. That's all.
Interesting and informative. The interview process was very fun and allowed us to show off both our personalities and skillsets. The managers were receptive and encouraging which was a major bonus.

Interview
The Interview was great. The team at Lockheed were well-spoken. Questions were relevant and the process seemed straight forward. The questions were never out to get me but rather prove my knowledge and check my CV. It was good to not only have a HR person there but also an Engineer.
