It started with a quick get to know you and then down to questions about how well you work with people, and how you handle problems you have never encountered before.

What do you think is the best characteristic a boss could have?
Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Tell me about a time you solved a challenging engineewring problem,
There were 2 interviewers, one manager, and a Systems Engineer Lead. There were 4 STAR Method questions. Within each question, they would get into some technical questions and go over the resume as well
Well organized and thoughtful interview. I prepared using the provided interview guide but should have spent more time preparing answers for how my former experience aligned with the job posting. Managers were not overly friendly, however, I could tell the team was not the correct fit for my personality.
