I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
I went to a hiring event they were having in Fort Worth. It was a pretty extreme operation. 3-4 screenings of your resume before they prioritized you into queues based on your discipline and what you were interested in. The interview was relatively quick for me, but I did not receive an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe how you overcame a barrier in communication.
Describe a situation where you felt overwhelmed with your workload. How did you respond?
Standard star interview with how you handle situations with no trick questions. The panel interview went over my resume and discussed each bullet. They also asked about my manufacturing experience in my past job and how those skills can be applied to that site.
Very straightforward, mostly behavioral questions. Prepare some stories to relate to the questions asked by the interviewers. Basic zoom panel interview each interviewer will be asking a questions. Prepare as much as possible.

Question 1
How did you resolve a situation while working with a difficult coworker?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Quick 30 minute phone call which went over behavioral questions and then moved to an on site interview with team members. The on site was about a 30min-1hr panel discussion/interview of mostly behavioral questions again then walked around the manufacturing facility. Technical questions came up during discussion, just know your stuff.
