Had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was brief no longer than 10 minutes. Only asked "where do you see yourself in five years?" Then offered the candidate to ask questions.

Very good and easy interview process, they asked good questions and were generally interested in my job skills. Lockheed had a great management structure that supports employees and new hire canidates
