1. Applied for the position online
2. Several weeks later (~2) received an email from HR stating the hiring manager requested a phone interview.
3. Had the phone interview with hiring manager and 3 other immediate members of the managers team.
4. Onsite interview with the 4 individuals that lasted an hour. Very relaxed and easy going - they just wanted to get to know me as a person it seemed and run through my resume and any question I may have. Basically, just seeing if I get along with people, my temper, attitude, how I respond to questions/answer them and what I bring to the table.
