Generic questions at first, then a technical design and analysis problem. The interviewer was very critical of my design, which I thought was a bad sign, but he was pushing me to constantly improve, and in the end I got the offer. Overall it was fun afterwards, and the interviewer was great.

He had me work on designing a satellite on the back of my resume, making sure to include lots of details about materials, power sources, environmental conditions, team jobs, etc.

One thirty-minute behavioral round, panel of three people, each throwing different behavioral questions. These are all common, well-known questions, with no curve balls. Interview may differ based on group, this was ultimately for the operations/manufacturing engineering group.

One interview with hiring manager. Interview only had behavioral questions, and discussions about the experiences listed on my resume. Manager was very friendly, and they described the position, team, and job site for a large part of the interview.
