I was called in for an interview but was kept waiting for over an hour.
I then filled out an application after I met with a hiring manager.
I had an informal interview with the department manager.

Introduce yourself and tell us what motivated you.
Not a bad interview, asked questions about how well you work in a team and that nature. Just prepare behavirual questions. Should be ok, think of past examples etc. Should also complete research on the company and the branch
After applying online on their careers page, I received a call for an interview . I was asked about my availability and if I'm comfortable working with meat. I said yes. They asked how soon can I start. I replied within a week's time.
