The application involved sending in a CV, cover letter and excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet was instead on completing an online application form. I was invited to an assessment centre at the head office on London Wall. Here we engaged in a team debate, debating on issues relating to banking in general. After this we were given somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour to prepare an a presentation individually based on a task they gave you there and then on the day. A 30-45 minute strength based interview followed the presentation.
