Applied online, about 2 weeks later got an email asking me to attend a 'selection event' (interview). It was a very casual interview with some competency based questions and general chat to find out some information about you.

Applied via LinkedIn. Than I was sent link to do the test on line. After passing the test I was invited for an interview with the Bank Manager. The questions were based on the Company Value. Unfortunately some guestion were too personal.

Nice Experience And Friendly approach .First an online assessment which has to completed within 5 days of mail notification received. Then received another mail to attend an interview in Teams Microsoft.
