I applied online. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
an online application and you hand in your cv - no motivational questions etc.
this is followed by an untimed situational judgement test - personalised feedback is given highlighting your strengths
timed numerical test - easy compared to other numerical tests
a video interview - nine set questions with 30 seconds to read the questions and a minute and a half to give a response
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group
Interview
After successfully passing all the online tests I was invited to a video interview. I had to record my answers via webcam and send them in. The questions asked were competency based questions and also asked my motivations for applying to the role. I passed the interview, but wasn't invited to the assessment centre as they said they had run out of places.
