I applied online. The telephone interview lasted about 20 minuets. She was very friendly and nice. After the lady asked me the questions I was put on hold for a few minutes she then came back and told me I was successful and to attend another interview at an assessment center. The assessment day last five hours consist of an interview, a group conversation and 2 role plays exercise.
