1 hour video interview with 2 senior POs. There was a run through of my CV and relevant experience followed by competency questions centred around their 5 company values e.g "tell me about a time you had to put trust in others"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about a time you had to put trust in others
tell me about how you consider sustainability in your current role.
My experience with the interview process was quite frustrating and confusing. I went through four rounds of interviews and spoke with multiple managers along the way. During this time, it became apparent that a restructuring was taking place, which resulted in changes to both the role and the hiring managers.
Despite this, all of my interviews went well and the feedback during the process seemed positive. However, at the final stage, I was informed that they could no longer offer the role due to the ongoing restructuring.
This was disappointing, as it felt like something that could have been anticipated earlier before progressing candidates through several stages. Overall, the experience felt like a significant investment of time with little clarity, which made it quite disheartening.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
Decent interview process and experience with Lloyds. There were motivation questions then role specific questions plus competency based questions, the whole interview lasted approx 1 hour including the opportunity to ask questions.
