Interview stage conducted every month spanning for about 4 months. No updates during the gaps keeping the candidates in a state of limbo. I have to pull all my applications at one stage as there is no kind of updates and no engagement model within their home portal. Went with other company which had proactive updates and feedback loop when applied through their career portal.
