I do not know if this company was so good or not, but this recruitment process was like playing a joke. I applied the software engineer position through its website, and got response with their 1 hour online interview. Looks like the online interview is for everyone who submit their resumes online, as the response email was delivered 10 mins after I apply the position. Most are basic algorithm and data structure problem, the only difficult is six degree problem separation. After submission of this online assignment, I was invited for a so called tech interview 10:30pm same day. It was easy too. We talked a little bit about my background and with one open question like Key-Value Set and if we have large value data set. Next day, which was Sunday, I received the rejection email. Just like other applicant said, they reject everyone and are NOT hiring. So do not fell bad if you have the same feeling. The response email was like automated + the interview question is easy and less useful + the interviewer seemed even more absent and nervous than interviewee... the purpose of hosting interview at LiveRamp is unclear for me. they send everyone emails and same online problem, and setup phone interview but no hiring eventually . If you know the philosophy of doing so, please let me know.
