Fully agree whatever mentioned....This is the case even with new recruits at Software Engineer Level....They recruited in the name of IGATE with higher salary offers...Later on when It changed to CAPGEMINI, Training Stipend reduced to little more than half of what was told,,,,,,similarly , salary is also going to be less than what was told......Thereafter....they dislocate the employees suddenly and very frequently ; putting them in sudden strain and financial implications...really difficult to change locations every now and then; especially to Female employees.
