Initial phone interview followed by an in-person. The interview questions are very standard, I suspect the interviewers googled "common interview questions" and left it at that. I would also caution men: The corporate office seems to only hire women or "girly" men. I also know several people who worked/have worked for corporate (all women, BTW), and they had the same observation.
