applied through school and got a reply back with the interview appointment within like 3 weeks. The interview was fully behavioural questions. The interviewer was very nice but I think they dont recruit proper talent as they focus a lot on personality and not skills.

Interview
Applied through my university's Coop system and received interview within two weeks of application. The interview was done one on one on campus with one of Linamar's HR campus recruiter. Very relaxed and casual interview. Most questions that were asked were all about personality rather than technical. The job description remained vague until I was assigned a specific position after accepting my offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Linamar (Guelph, ON)
Interview
Process was easy. No difficult question. Just academic skills followed by behavioural questions. Also asked about projects completed during academic and professional career.
Technical questions were too less but bombarded by Behavioural questions for 25 minutes.
