The interview went smoothly, with a few technical questions but mostly behavioural ones. Overall, the process felt manageable, and it wasn’t particularly challenging to secure a co-op position at Linamar.

Applied through my school's internal website. The interview process consisted of one, in-person interview. The questions were all focused on testing your soft skills and how you would react in different scenarios. It was overall a very good experience.
