I applied on 30th September and received an email the next day to schedule an interview. However, the scheduling app only showed same-day options, so I emailed the recruiter directly with alternative times. I didn’t hear back, but got (what I assume was) an automated reminder on 2nd October to self-schedule - still with the same broken system. I followed up again and heard nothing, so I honestly just forgot about it. Today, on 16th October, I received a rejection email for the same role. Lol. While I was excited about the opportunity, their inability to manage basic candidate scheduling makes me feel like I dodged a bullet!

I appreciate the humane connection and transparency the company shared during the interview process. I appreciate that the interview questions were shared in advance to allow time to reflect and think about what and how I wanted to share my thoughts.
